ICML SMS Terms and Conditions

Program name: ICML Candidate Portal Security Code SMS Program

The International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) sends one-time six-digit authentication codes by SMS only to candidates who request access to the ICML Candidate Portal. These messages are transactional and are not marketing or promotional messages.

Consent and Opt-In

Candidates opt in at https://new.icmlonline.com/candidate-login.aspx. A candidate enters an email address or mobile number, voluntarily selects a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default, and then selects Send Security Code. The checkbox states that ICML will send the requested automated six-digit Candidate Portal security code, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and the candidate may reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any ICML product or service or accessing the Candidate Portal. Candidates may leave the SMS consent checkbox unchecked and request the security code by email instead.

Message Frequency and Charges

Each request produces one security-code message. Message frequency varies based on how often a candidate requests a code.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

ICML uses mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent only to provide requested Candidate Portal security codes. ICML does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver requested messages for ICML and may not use it for their own marketing.
